2503 - Ladner Artillery Cadet Corps

This Corps was formed in 1954 under the sponsorship of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 61and was designated as No 2503 Ladner(Canadian Legion Branch 61) Cadet Corps. affil.: Vancouver Wireless Stn, Feb 2, 1954.  They became affiliated with the Vancouver Wireless station RC Signs. affil.: West Coast Signal Regt, Jun 6, 1962. In 1962 a change of sponsorship was effected to the West Coast Signals Squadron and authority was granted to redesignate the unit ans 2503 Ladner Signal Cadet Corps and to affiliate with The West Coast Signal Regiment. redisig: Ladner Signal Cadet Corps, Jun 6, 1962  This affiliation was cancelled in 1965.  In 1970 a hcange in affiliation was authorized with 744 (Vancouver) Communications Squadron.  Change of designation eff 1 dec 1974 to Ladner Artillery Cadet Corps and change of affiliation to 15 Field Regiment Royal Canadian Artillery.
