2422 - The Canadian Scottish Regiment (Nanaimo) Cadet Corps

​198th Light Anti-Aircraft Bty RCA Cadet Corps . This unit was formed in 1951 and designated as 2422 Light  Anti-Aircraft Battery RCA, Cadet Corps in affiliation with 198th  Light Anti-Aircraft Battery RCA. affil.: 198th Light Anti-Aircraft Bty RCA, Nov 20, 1951. In 1952 the unit was  re-designated as 2422 Duncan (Canadian Scottish Regiment) Cadet  Corps. affil.: Canadian Scottish Regt (Princess Mary's Own), Jan 1, 1955. In 1955 they became known as 2422 the Canadian Scottish  Cadet Corps (Duncan).  In 1970 the unit adopted their present  title.

D Cdts msg 003 041349Z JAN 01, authorizes the Sponsor change from B Coy canadian Scottish Regiment to Royal Canaidan Legion, Branch 257, eff. 04 January 2001.
