Camp begins with a staff cadet BBQ on 2 July held on Coutts Common. Cadets begin arriving on 5 July at Kelowna Airport.

Bennett's Ranch once again used as bivouac site for basic cadets field training. Expedition course mountain bike returns to the KVR after the trestles are rebuilt from the 2003 fires. Advanced rock training continues at Skaha Bluffs. Pioneer cadets using various training sites including Swawell Lake. Air Rifle ranges used. Heckman Range near Cherryville, used for C7 rifle Familiarization training. Guard Coy conducts citizenship training at military cemetery at Pleasant Valley.

Highland Games held at Band Coy lines. Capt Jamie Biggar, officer and professional entertainer, gives a show in cadet canteen. Band performs concert at Vernon's Cenotaph Park. Annual Band Caleigh held on Coutts Common.

431 Squadron's Tutor jets, the Snowbirds, overfly the training centre 14 Aug with a thrilling double flyby in formation. Bench dedication ceremony for Capt Scotty Buchanon and Cadet Sgt Andrew Spittal held on Coutts Common.

Visitors to the camp included: Col Commandant RCAC MGen Gaudreau, LCol C. Jamieson (CO BCDs), Sandy Will (Pres Manitoba Branch ACLofC), LCol Tom McNiel (D/Cadets), Edie Mathew and Ken Garbutt (Sask Branch ACLofC), Bob Casement WW2 Dieppe survivor, Roy Cannan (MP Lake-Country), LCol K Jyrkkanen (CO RM Rang), A/Comm Peter German (Dist Commander RCMP Lower Mainland).
